Personal Journalism

[ RSS Feed ]   [ Publish on web-site ]
With the advent of blogging has come a rise in interest in the 'other medias' and how they, too can be accomplished on a personal basis, with limited financial outlay; expertise and techno-savvy.

Blogging has brought about the 'democratization' of personal journalism - and the rest of the media are rapidly gathering steam and following suite.

The Personal Journalism Community (PJC) here at URLEX is designed to promote a better understanding of what Personal Journalism (PJ) is and how it can be done -both effectively, effeciently and professionaly.

So, if you have expertise and interest in helping with this project - welcome aboard. The findings are Public and will be available to any and all who come to glean. We appreciate the efforts of each person so involved.

Really cool tool if you ask me. Hours of wasted time looking at old web sites. Amezing how far the web has come.

We need threading mixed with tagging. Oh for the time to just do it. There are 1,024,000 pixels on my screen 1/4 of them are covered up with firefox toolbars (yes I know I am certifiable obsessed with social networking). I need to do something with the remaining 768,000. Newsmap gives me an idea.

This is an interesting bit of archiving. May indeed prove to be quite useful in future blogs, as it is always quite nice to be able to reference to attitudes from when they were orginally struck.
